3 UNC Teams Headed To Europe

Three North Carolina teams are heading to Europe for fall games:

UNC women’s soccer will play Shelbourne FC in Dublin, Ireland, Aug. 28, the day before UNC plays TCU in Dublin in the Aer Lingus College Football Classic.

UNC women’s basketball opens the season Nov. 2 in Paris against Oklahoma in a nonconference game.

The next issue of CSN will highlight the 2026 World Cup with complete TV schedule and commentary.

The U.S./Canada/Mexico host the 48-team event starting June 11, 104 matches at 16 venues (13 in the U.S.).

The U.S. opener is June 12 at 9 p.m. in California. Game 2 June 19 against Australia in Seattle and game 3 against Turkey. June 25 in Los Angeles.
