Senior Baseball Offers 4 Age Groups

Players interested in playing senior baseball can check out the Central NC Men’s Senior League.

The wood bat league plays April-September and offers four age divisions—18+, 32+, 50+, 60+. They had 29 teams last season and the 18s played their All Star Game at Chapel Hill High in July and the 50s at Durham Athletic Park.

Players can spend $250-$350 each per season as they share team expenses like field rental, umpires, balls, insurance for 20+  games. Amounts vary depending on sponsorship and equipment needs. Games are generally weekend afternoons at high schools, parks across the Triangle area so some travel is involved.

Playoff fields are provided by the league and are often in Cary or Durham. Contact info@cncmsbl.com with questions. Player signup is around the corner.
