NCWRC holds fishing classes in February at Pechmann Fishing Education Center in Fayetteville. Registration for all workshops and classes is available online at ncwildlife .org, or by calling 910-868-5003. Most classes are free.
Feb. 20, Introduction to Kayak Fishing, 6-9 pm, ages 14 years and older.
Feb. 21, Volunteer Orientation/Basic Fishing Instructor Training, 8:30 am-12 pm, for volunteers ages 18 years and older.
Feb. 21, Beginning Fly-tying Workshop, 9 am-4 pm, ages 14 years and older.
Feb. 26, Monthly Fly-tying Forum, 6-8:30 pm, ages 10 years and older.
Feb. 27, Introductory Fishing for Adults, 6-8:30 pm, ages 16 years and older.
Feb.28, Intermediate Fly-fishing Workshop, 9am-3 pm, ages 13 years or older.
