Race News
Carolina Godiva TC has a Winter Series offering seven monthly races including New Year’s Day 8K in Hillsborough. First race is Run for Donuts Oct. 18 at Blackwood Park off NC 86 south of Hillsborough. Check the club’s website for series details.
The Nov. 14 Charlotte M has a new course with two fewer hills. The races are produced by Charlotte Sports Foundation which also runs the Dick Vitale and Ally hoops invitationals.
The Sep. 20 Corolla Ten Miler/5K was canceled due to low registration.
The Oct. 10 Another Round 25K, Nags Head, was canceled The second Cane Creek Mountain Trail Run HM/10K (Oct. 11) in Snow Camp was postponed a second time until Nov. 7 due to weather issues.
