Austin Greaser of UNC won the individual title and UNC finished third at the Chapel Hill men’s golf regional at Finley Golf Club. Clemson won the team title here by one stroke over East Tenn. State. UNC advanced to the NCAA championships in Carlsbad, CA.
Dylan Menante of UNC won his match 2&1, but Florida State defeated Carolina, 3-1, in the NCAA quarterfinals in California and ended Carolina’s season. UNC was tied for fifth, their fourth consecutive top-five finish.
