Early voting for the Nov. 5 Presidential election starts Thursday, Oct. 17, at five locations in Orange County through Nov. 2.
They are Orange Works at Hillsborough Commons, Carrboro Town Hall Extension at 108 Bim St., Chapel Hill Library, Chapel of the Cross, Seymour Senior Center, Efland-Cheeks Community Center. The new Southern Branch Library in Carrboro was ruled out because the project is running behind schedule.
Hours are Oct. 17-18, 8 to 7:30; Oct. 19, 8 to 3; Oct. 20 (Sun) 12 to 5; Oct. 21-25, 8 to 7:30; Oct. 26, 8-3; Oct. 27 (Sun), 12-5; Oct. 28-Nov. 1, 8 to 7:30; Nov. 2 (Sat), 8-3.
