Eno River and Hickory Hill boat ramps in Durham at Falls Lake were closed due to low water levels. Lake level 7/9 was 246.17, down 5.83 feet below normal pool, but up about a foot since last week due to recent showers.
Jordan Lake was at 212.92, down 3.08 feet below normal pool, and about a foot lower than previous week. Boaters were urged to use caution to avoid stumps and other debris near shore.
