Carrboro co-rec softball (5 teams) and co-rec ultimate (4 teams) fall leagues are under way.
Street Walkin Cheetahs (3-0) led softball, and all four teams were deadlocked at 2-2 in ultimate in early September.
Triangle Dart League, 7 teams, began in mid August. Darty Old Men were in first place.
Chapel Hill struck out again on having a fall men’s rec softball league (no entries). A fall co-rec bocce league was filled, while signups continued for co-rec and women’s volleyball leagues, according to the city website. They’ll play at Rashkis and Hargraves Center (instead of Community Center due to climbing walk construction).
