Panthers Get Low Grades For Team Travel, Owner

Carolina Panther players gave low grades for team travel (D) and ownership (D-) in the annual report card by the NFLPA. While team grades for most teams increased in the 24-25 survey, the Panthers (25th) declined by 6 places.

The biggest areas dragging the Panthers’ ranking down were uncomfortable travel conditions (B- last year) and poor perception of owner David Tepper. Players were moved to economy seats on flights this season, while coaches get first-class spots, and surveys continue to dock Tepper because of the team’s shift from natural grass to a turf field a few years ago.

Nutrition/dietician (A-), strength coaches (A-), head coach (A-) earned top grades, food/dining area, training room, training staff got Bs for the Panthers.
