Jordan Lake has reservable picnic shelters of various sizes. They can be rented online, like campsites, or by calling 1-877-722-6762. All are handicap accessible and can be reserved up to a month in advance. If not rented, they are available (free) on a first-come basis. Most have electricity, charcoal grills. Drinking water, bathrooms are nearby.
For up to 30 guests, Ebenezer and Parkers Creek have shelters, $58 each. For up to 60 guests, Parkers Creek and Vista Point have shelters, $83. For up to 100, Ebenezer and Seaforth have shelters, $108. White Oak has the giant mega-shelter off US 64 (up to 500 guests) that rents for $1,278.
