Finding and developing cricket fields for so many teams can be challenging, but recently the TCL has had major success in developing playing grounds.
The initial league field was in Shiloh Park, Morrisville. Later fields and practice nets were developed in Morrisville at Crabtree Creek Nature Park, Cedar Fork District Park, and Shiloh Park baseball field, plus the new stadium at Church Street Park. The new stadium (5800 Cricket Pitch Way, Morrisville) has had some problems with the turf, but organizers hope to finish re-laying pitches and open this stadium for league play.
The league also plays on two fields behind Bethesda Elementary School in Durham and has just developed two new fields in the FVAA Complex in Fuquay-Varina.
Check schedule on the TCL website for match locations, which are updated when changes are necessary. Directions to the fields are on the website. R.K.
